Seatrium FLEXHull™ 100K-M FPSO

Global marine engineering and shipyard giant Seatrium has unveiled its purpose built FPSO at the FPSO World Congress. Dubbed as the FLEXHull, it features the following design specifications:

➡️ Carries heavier topside loads (up to 80,000 MT)
➡️ Flexible and efficient hull design, easily modified for varying topside load requirements
➡️ Expanded tank capacity for greater storage
➡️ Flexible mooring systems — up to 20 points
➡️ Built for deepwater depths up to 2,500 m
➡️� Processes 120,000 barrels of oil/day + 10M Sm³/d of gas
➡️ Stores over 1.5 million barrels of oil
➡️ Designed for a 25-year lifespan, aligned with global standards (IMO, MARPOL, ABS)

The FPSO has received AIP (Approval in Principle) from American Bureau of Shipping on 17th September 2025.
